Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport/Railway Station meet RAJPUTANA TOURS representative who will assist you to transfer to the pre-booked hotel where you will be accommodated to overnight stay. Enquire Now

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

Delhi, the national capital of India, has a lot to offer you. From historic & heritage monuments, to government buildings and modern architectures, there a lot of places of interested in the city of Delhi. Post breakfast proceed for Delhi sightseeing. Attractions you may visit today Rajghat (the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi), Red Fort (also called Lal Kila, a historical fort built by Shah Jahan, and a UNESCO World Heritage), Jama Masjid (the largest mosque of India), Shri Digambar Lal Jain Temple, Chandni Chowk Local Markets & Streets, Rajpath (a ceremonial avenue). India Gate (a war memorial of national importance), Rashtrapati Bhawan (the official house of the President of India), Sansad Bhawan (the Parliament House of India), Lotus Temple (the Bahai House of Worship), and Laxmi Narayan Temple (Birla Temple). On time return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra (210km / 3.5 hrs. approx.)

Post breakfast drive to Agra, visiting en route the Tomb of Akbar the Great at Sikandra. On arrival in Agra, check in at your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel and then embark of Agra sightseeing. Located on the banks of Yamuna River in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Agra is a historic city and major tourist destination in India. The city is best known for historical monuments and heritage sites. Today, take a visit to Agra Fort, the magnificent citadel of Mughals. Built in red sandstone, it is often describe as the Red Fort or Lal Kila of Agra. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next site you will visit today is the Tomb of Itimad-Ud-Daulah, a magnificent monument built by Mughal Empress Noor Jahan (the wife of Mughal Emperor Jahangir) in the loving memory of her father. The memorial is often described as the Jewel Box, the Baby Taj and the Draft of Taj Mahal, due to its exceptional beauty and decoration work. In the evening explore local bazaars. On time return to hotel for diner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur (256 km / 5 hrs. approx.)

Early morning proceed for watching sunrise view of the Taj Mahal. Built in pure white marble, the Taj Mahal is a beautiful mausoleum monument constructed by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in loving memory of his most beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It is one of the most beautiful and most visited monuments in the world. It is also the finest example of Mughal architecture in the world. It is India’s start tourist attraction and lovingly known as the Symbol of Love. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New7Wonders of the World.

Return to hotel for breakfast. Later drive to Jaipur, stopping en route at Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Fatehpur Sikri is a town in Agra district of Uttar Pradesh. It was founded by Mughal Emperor Akbar as his capital but soon he abandoned it due to scarcity of drinking water. Here you will see several historical monuments and ruins. Major attractions at Fatehpur Sikri are Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Birbal’s House and Rani Jodha Bai Palace. Continue your journey to reach in Jaipur, Rajasthan. On arrival check in at the pre-booked hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing

Lovingly known as the Pink City of India, Jaipur is the capital and largest city of Rajasthan. It is a major city and tourist destination in Rajasthan and India. It is best known for magnificent forts, elegant palaces and beautiful temples. On Jaipur sightseeing, you will have a golden opportunity to explore the some of the best monuments including forts and palaces of Rajasthan.

After an early morning breakfast take and an excursion to Amer Fort & Palace (one of Six Hill Forts of Rajasthan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site), situated in the outskirts of Jaipur city. Enjoy elephant ride to ascend the fort complex located on a hill top. Return to hotel en route visiting Jal Mahal, a beautiful palace located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. Later proceed to see city’s main attractions.

Take a visit to City Palace. It is a beautiful palace complex housing several palaces, temples, pavilions, corridors, courtyards, gardens and temple. See Chandra Mahal, Mubarak Mahal, Shri Govind Devji Temple and City Palace Museum within the palace complex. Then visit the nearby Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds). It is a distinctive architecture built in the shape of Lord Krishna’s Crown. This is why it is also sometime described as the Crown of Jaipur. The highlights of this monuments is its 953 small windows (called Zarokhas) decorated with intricate latticework. Later proceed to see other attractions like Albert Hall Museum and Jantar Mantar. The Jantar Mantar is a royal observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur city. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Day 6: Jaipur- Jodhpur (330km / 6 hrs.)

Post breakfast, drive to Jodhpur, lovingly called the Blue City or the Sun City. Jodhpur is the second largest city of Rajasthan after Jaipur. It is a major tourist destination in the state and known for historic forts and palaces. On arrival in Jodhpur, you would be transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Then proceed for Jodhpur sightseeing tour. Take a visit to the majestic Mehrangarh Fort. Explore the beautiful architecture and see the wonderful views of the city from the rampart of the fort complex. Also see the Fort Museum. Later proceed to see other attractions including Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jaswant Thada Royal Cenotaphs, and Ghanta Ghar (the Clock Tower). In the evening explore local colorful markets in the city. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 7: Jodhpur - Udaipur (240 km / 4 hrs. approx.)

Take a very delicious breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Udaipur visiting en route Ranakpur Jain Temples at Ranakpur. Ranakpur Jain Temple is best known for its impressive architecture. The temple complex is predominately dedicated to Tirthankara Rishabhanatha. Chaumukha temple, Parsavanth temple, Surya temple and Amba temple are major temples to see at Ranakpur Temple complex. There are 1444 marble pillars, carved in exquisite detail, supporting the temple. The pillars are all differently carved and no two pillars are the same. It is also said that it is impossible to count the pillars.

After visiting Ranakpur Jain Temples, continue your journey to reach in Udaipur, a beautiful city in the state of Rajasthan. On arrival check in at the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 8: Udaipur Sightseeing

Post breakfast, embark on sightseeing tour in Udaipur. Udaipur is one of the most beautiful cities and one of major tourist attractions in Rajasthan and India. It is sometimes referred to as the Kashmir of Rajasthan due to its beauty and elegance. It is also called the City of Palaces as there are several elegant palaces in the city. It is also called the City of Lakes because of several beautiful lakes in and around the city. Sometimes, it is also described as the Venice of the East.

First of all, take a visit to City Palace of Udaipur. The City Palace Complex houses several palaces, temples and structures. See the wonderful fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles exploring beautiful structures at the palace complex. Enjoy the panoramic views of Lake Pichola from the palace. Gateways, Amar Vilas, Badi Mahal, Bhim Vilas, Dilkhusha Mahal, Durbar Hall, Choti Chitrashali, Chini Chitrashala, Fatehprakash Palace, Krishna Vilas, Laxmi Vilas Chowk, Manak Mahal, Mor Chowk, Rang Bhawan, Sheesh Mahal, Zenana Mahal and Museum are major attractions within the palace complex. Visit the famous Jagdish Temple, a largest Hindu temple located on the banks of Lake Pichola. Visit the beautiful Lake Palace situated on the Jag Niwas Island in the middle of the Lake Pichola. Later visit the Jag Mandir, a beautiful palace located on an Island of the same in the Lake Pichola. The Jag Mandir Palace and the Lake Palace are known for beautiful interiors, intricate carvings and spectacular architectural styles.

After visiting City Palace, Lake Palace, Jag Mandir Palace and Jagdish Temple, proceed for seeing other attractions of the city. You may visit attractions like Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal, Monsoon Palace, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, Moti Magri, Fateh Sagar Lake, and Bagore Ki Haveli. In the evening enjoy boat ride on the tranquil water of Lake Pichola. You may also enjoy shopping at local bazaars in the evening. On time return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Udaipur - Pushkar (270 km / 5-6 hrs.)

Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Then drive to Pushkar, a scared town in the state of Pushkar. On arrival in Pushkar, check in at the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Later proceed for sightseeing in Pushkar. Explore famous temples of the city including the Lord Brahma Temple, the only temple in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma. Visit Pushkar Lake and holy ghats. On time return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Pushkar - Delhi - Departure

Check out from the hotel in Pushkar after breakfast. Later drive back to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, RAJPUTANA TOURS representative will assist to transfer you to the New Delhi International Airport. Great trip

My friend and I had a great tour of Rajasthan and I was very impressed with the service provided by Rajaputana tours. They were very efficient and professional throughout and our driver Sathi was so attentive and helpful as well as being a very good careful driver.

I can not recommend Rajputana tours highly enough . From start to finish they provided a very professional service . The tour was arranged by Shakti the owner his advice was amazing and we spoke several times during the booking and his recommendations were amazing

When we arrived in India we had a 5 STAR treatment the whole time his drivers were fantastic not only did they drive us to the different destinations they remained with us and suggested restaurants , took us shopping arranged massages even took charge of our laundry !!!!

Shakti kept in contact with us the whole time we were in India . The tour guides were also very knowledgeable and we had some wonderful days
